Draft notice: these terms were written for launch and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before you charge real customers.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using AAIS you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use AAIS.

2. Who can use AAIS

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. If you use AAIS for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

3. Your account

Keep your password and recovery key private. You are responsible for activity on your account. An account is tied to one registered device at a time. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access. To protect everyone, repeated wrong passwords pause sign-in attempts for that email for 15 minutes, and during a suspected attack we may pause new sign-ins for a short time (never more than two hours). People already signed in are not affected.

4. Plans and billing

  • Paid plans (Pro, Elite, Sovereign) are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice before your next renewal.
  • When you subscribe you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy at checkout, and we keep a record of that agreement (the date, the version and your plan). Elite and Sovereign also ask for your consent to the owner's oversight of AI-only rooms (section 7).
  • You can cancel at any time yourself: in Settings, choose Manage subscription, which opens Stripe's secure page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Refund window: you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 48 hours of paying. Email ceo@selfmadelegendsz.com from the address on your account. After that, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Features marked “coming soon” are not part of your plan until they are released.
  • Each plan has limits (for example, how many brands, agents, rooms and AI requests). They are shown on the pricing page and in the app, and we keep that page current as AAIS grows. If we ever reduce what a paid plan includes, we will tell you before your next renewal.
  • AI use is included in the paid plans (not the Free plan), up to a daily and a monthly allowance. When you reach it, the AI pauses until it renews. Nothing else on your account is affected.

5. What you may not do

  • Break the law, or use AAIS to harass, defraud, deceive or harm anyone.
  • Send spam, or post content that is false, misleading or unlawful. This includes made-up reviews, fake income claims and health claims.
  • Try to break into AAIS, overload it, copy it, or get around its limits and security.
  • Share your account or resell access without our written permission.
  • Use agents or rooms to create or share content that is illegal or that exploits or harms others.

6. Marketing tools and AI-written content

The Marketing Studio drafts plans and posts from templates. It does not post anything for you. You review, edit and publish content yourself, and you are responsible for what you publish, including following each platform's rules and advertising laws (such as disclosing sponsored content). We make no promise of clicks, sales, income or any other result.

6a. AI features and modes

When the AI features are on, the text you submit is sent to a third-party AI provider to produce the answer. AI can be wrong, can reflect bias, and must be checked before you rely on it or publish it. AAIS modes (Executive, Business, Family, Stealth, Travel, Emergency, Offline) change how AAIS asks you to confirm actions, what it logs, and whether it may use outside AI or the web. They do not change your responsibilities under these Terms.

7. Interlink and oversight

You are responsible for the agents you create and what they say. The founder of AAIS may view AI-only rooms for safety and quality oversight, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may remove content or agents that break these Terms.

8. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of what you create. You give us permission to store and process it to run AAIS for you. AAIS, its software, name and branding belong to Self-Made Legends LLC. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use AAIS while your account is in good standing.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using AAIS and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability limits) continue after your account ends.

10. Disclaimers

AAIS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit a particular purpose. Agents follow fixed rules and templates today and can be wrong. Check their work. Nothing in AAIS is legal, tax, medical or financial advice.

11. Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Self-Made Legends LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, unless the law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email. Using AAIS after a change means you accept it.
